Balsamic Cream

Cream obtained with cooked grape concentrate and 30% of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Syrupy density, racy and very obvious.

The taste is appreciated sharply due to a weak vinegar followed by a remarkable sweetness.

Visually the color is very dark brown.

Gluten-free flours derived from thickeners / Gelling.
