MODENA MACAROONS


Our Modena Macaroons or St. Geminiano Macaroons, are produced fresh and soft, they are made with a paste of sweet almonds, a small quantity of bitter almonds and egg white, they are produced according to the traditional Modenese recipe.
They are sold loose by weight, and we wrap them in transparent pouches where they keep for several days.
