Traditional Balsamic vinegar in Modena

The Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar establishes a unique reality in the world from the point of view of vinegar seasonings.
Unlike the vinegar which originates from alcoholic liquid, it comes directly from the juice of the grape.
It is available in two types, different through respective periods of aging: from 12 to 25 years or more.
Its uses are many and diverse: on fresh or cooked vegetables and boiled meats; in the production of sauces; enrichment in the preparation of meat and fish, where the best cooks keep putting themselves to the test in trying to come up with new gastronomic ideas.
It is obtained from the must of cooked grape, matured slowly whereby it becomes vinegar through natural fermentation and progressively concentrated through a lengthy aging process in a set of casks made from different types of wood, without any added flavourings.
The word “Traditional” ensures a guaranteed level of quality, or rather the Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar, which, unlike the Modena Balsamic Vinegar, is protected by a consortium of producers, where to be commercialised, the vinegar must reach a certain score given by 7 master tasters.
In fact you can see in the photo that on the cap are the letters “D.O.P.”
